Had Russ come out and do the free duct inspection to look for obstructions in our ducts because our AC was not working properly. He was so honest and quick and was able to ensure us airflow from ducts was not a problem. He also was able to diagnose a probable cause of obstruction on the AC unit in itself. You do not see such stand up work and honesty like this guy. Had our HVAC specialist out that same day and indeed he was correct. He saved us a ton of money and hassle. The team at Fresh Ducts did an amazing job at cleaning my air ducts, leaving my home feeling fresher and cleaner than ever before. They even retrieved 3 of my dogs balls out of the ducts! My Cattle dog was happy with that. I'm really grateful for their professionalism and will highly recommend them to all my neighbors for their duct cleaning services.
yeah, Adam is the one that came out did to work. He was very thorough. Explained everything. Before doing it. Explained his process as he was doing. It showed some of his findings in the vent. There was toys, carpet hair, all kinds of goodies in there very happy very much trust this person and this company.
Skylar was very polite and professional, he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with his work, would certainly recommend Fresh Ducts.
