Great Service - We had a great experience with Garrett ,who came out to do the cleaning. He was 10 minutes early, explained his-process before before he started, he cleaned up at every air duct , answered our questions &asked if we had any concerns before he left. He did a great job . Complete waste of $895. Not because you aren't capable of doing great work, but because you told me my ducts needed cleaning when they didn't. From the photos you sent, my ducts were barely dirty, only a couple bugs in the vents. I asked for photos or some verification cleaning was needed during your "free" estimate. But you told me cleaning the ducts was definitely needed as they had probably never been cleaned before so I agreed to the service. This company came highly recommended to me on my local community FB page! We had our air ducts cleaned today by Garrett and I’m super happy with the work! He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed along the way. The company’s pricing seemed very fair compared to other places I received quotes from. So excited to have better air quality!
