NOT a laundromat. Kind of a drop off place. 24 hours is a joke. Waste of time.

Quality of dry cleaning is good. I have given my jackets, dresses and trousers here and was happy with the cleaning. The price is good too, not super expensive and is very convenient. Order pick up communication was a little confusing initially and i ended up making 2 trips to pick up my order but haven't had any such issues since. The customer service rep on the phone was very helpful and it definitely is a plus to be able to communicate with a real person directly about the order. Would not recommend. It's not worth using this service despite the cheaper cost. I'm giving it two stars only because I didn't have any problems with the dry cleaning itself. This company has no way to talk to a live customer service person except through text. After having a text conversation with one of their representatives, I was told that my order was completed. Besides the convenience, I found the service friendly, clothes meticulously cleaned and on time when promised. This was just one more way to make my busy life easier! I would reccommend the service to everyone.
