In February, I was given a treatment plan, but the representative was on vacation and promised to follow up within a few days. That follow-up never happened. I have been a patient at Fresh Dental Smiles for over four years, and I am extremely disappointed with the decline in service I’ve experienced over time. I initially chose the Invisalign treatment plan to address gaps in my canine teeth based on their promotion and recommendations. However, the process has been plagued by constant delays and inconsistencies, particularly in receiving my trays on time. Before going to this place please ask if they take your insurance 3 times before going and wasting your time . They make an appointment after confirming they take your insurance but when you get there mind you in tremendous pain, they tell you they don’t take your insurance. Then they have the nerve to tell you they can take you as a self pay. Horrible communication skills and very unprofessional.
