I would not recommend doing business with a place that is not upfront with you, or that offers payment plans but then makes you pay upfront the any remaining balance before they will remove the balance. My son has taken care of his teeth/braces and is scheduled to get his braces off 6 months early, but now he can’t because I still owe 1400$ on his braces. WHAT IS THE POINT OF EVEN OFFERING PAYMENT PLANS IF THIS IS THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR CLIENTS.
Went in for a cleaning, and my observation was during the procedure they seemed to have some sort of confusion about the equipment they were using. Not clear about the follow-up appointment since I was told one date by the dental assistant and another date by the front desk.
The staff are always friendly and helpful.
