I really loved the dentist and the hygienist. The dentist explained everything very well and is very personable and down to earth. He took more time to go over things than my previous dentist, which I really appreciated. The hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth, when I got home and looked closely, I could see a big difference. The only thing I didn’t love was having to come in for the exam and X-rays, leave, and then come back later for the cleaning. I’ve never had to do that before. Most of these reviews are clearly fake. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had and will not go back. When you go, you get put into a high pressure sales pitch that felt worse than a time share presentation. I'm not even convinced that I actually needed the work they were proposing. I ended up walking out. To top it all off, I received a bill EIGHT MONTHS after my visit. Stay away!!!
As I’m sure most people feel before going to the dentist I was a bit nervous out my routine cleaning. However, everyone is Super welcoming and treats you like family! The cleaning was super gentle yet effective and I’m glad I came in highly recommend Dr. Rosenthal and Dipti is a sweetheart 10 out of 10
