Dr Lee and the office in general was very friendly. Explained everything she was doing. I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time and she put me at ease. Did a phenomenal job on my cleaning. Highly recommend. Very clean office.
They charge a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. This is not stated on any of the confirmation texts or emails that you receive regarding the appointment, so there is no forewarning. They are only open during business hours - no weekend or evening appointments - so you’re out of luck if you have something come up at work and need to reschedule your appointment, even if you tell them in advance. This is my fifth year coming here. The practice is amazing. I’ve seen multiple drs and the service is always lovely. The clinic itself is Incredibly clean and I always feel like they take their time with the cleanings (I’ve been other places where it’s so rushed). I recommend the clinic to all my friends .
