Canceled my appointment 3 times the day of. Then got smart with me bc I called her out on it and simply asked whats the point of an appointment if your not gonna keep it. Definitely dont recommend
April can cut hair well. However, business management skills are not there and when you run a business you would expect professionalism but that is not the case. She also lies in specific situations. Please if you book make sure that you do not want your time to be wasted multiple times. Just this year alone out of 7 appointments only 3 she actually did her job. I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve never had a worse haircut in my life. The technical skill at Fresh Kutz is shockingly low for the prices they’re demanding. My fade is choppy, the top is uneven, and they completely ignored my reference photo. It’s one thing to have a bad day, but it’s another to charge 'master' rates for work that is objectively poor. I walked out feeling scammed and humiliated. Do yourself a favor and find a real barber who actually knows what they’re doing. Don't risk it here.
I honestly don’t even know where to start. I’m not someone who leaves bad reviews, but I walked out of this place today in tears. I came in expecting a professional experience, especially given the prices they charge, but what I got was a total butcher job. Avoid this place at all costs. Not only did they completely mess up my hair, but the stylist seemed totally indifferent to the fact that they weren't even following my requests. The result is a messy, unfixable disaster that I’m now stuck with. To add insult to injury, the bill was astronomical. It’s a total scam to charge premium rates for work that a student would be embarrassed of. Avoid the headache and the price gouging this place is a joke.
