I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve never had a worse haircut in my life. The technical skill at Fresh Kutz is shockingly low for the prices they’re demanding. My fade is choppy, the top is uneven, and they completely ignored my reference photo. It’s one thing to have a bad day, but it’s another to charge 'master' rates for work that is objectively poor. I walked out feeling scammed and humiliated. Do yourself a favor and find a real barber who actually knows what they’re doing. Don't risk it here.
I honestly don’t even know where to start. I’m not someone who leaves bad reviews, but I walked out of this place today in tears. I came in expecting a professional experience, especially given the prices they charge, but what I got was a total butcher job. My hair is uneven, the layers are choppy, and it looks nothing like what we discussed. The worst part? Avoid this place at all costs. Not only did they completely mess up my hair, but the stylist seemed totally indifferent to the fact that they weren't even following my requests. The result is a messy, unfixable disaster that I’m now stuck with. To add insult to injury, the bill was astronomical. It’s a total scam to charge premium rates for work that a student would be embarrassed of. Avoid the headache and the price gouging this place is a joke.

Went in an hour before closing asked if they were open was asked if it was for a haircut, explained it was for my son not me as he came through the door with a beard and long hair she took one look at him and turned us away . Ended up at upper cutz who not only stayed late but cut it even though he had never cut a white man's hair before.My sister was a beautician i know she would never turned someone away like that but I guess some people have more compassion than others
