Mala experiencia con esta empresa, no son serios y muy irresponsables, la 1ra cita que hice fue programada y nunca llamaron para decir que el tecnico no llegaria, si no llamo no me entero, luego de hacerme esperar todo el dia en la casa, el dueño trata mal a sus clientes, luego de darle otra oportunidad para reprogramar la cita volvieron a cancelarla con otra justificacion, no tienen personal para hacer el trabajo y venden algo que no pueden ofrecer, personalmente no los recomiendo. Irresponsable, unprofessional, and rude, dont even remeber what they were hired for. I called on wenesday to book a cleaning for the terrace and the guy asked me the size of the area to be clean and told him like the size of 2 cars driveway and agreed in $100 service. I bought an offer in Group-on and they collect the money without giving me the service, I tried to schedule for 3 times, the 1st time they never showed up, and telling me lies about they where there, and non sense excuses, the last time they went late, with no time to do the duct cleaning, because is a building, with a window time to perform the job and I explained and made it clear about it, it take too much effort and time consuming to coordinate 3 times with no results. I request my money back.

Not sure if this a scam or these guys have the worst luck in the world! After they re scheduled my appointment for the third time, the same day or a couple of minutes before they were supposed to come, they won’t even return my calls. Everything from broken machine, driver not being able to make it, delays in other places and a building concierge not letting them take their equipment out (crazy, right?). They promised me 3 weeks ago they would give me a refund and clean my couch, haven’t heard from them in a week.
