Great portions and variety in each bowl. It may seem a little pricey but it's pricey ingredients and a lot of them. The bowls feel heavy in your hand. Everything tastes and looks fresh. The owner is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he puts out and it shows.
I ordered the flaming tuna bowl for pickup last night, and at first I thought the tuna was forgotten. I found it, but didn’t realize it was even tuna because it was gray, slimy, and didn’t smell great. I ate the rest of the bowl, but left the tuna…didn’t end up feeling too well afterwards :( I’ve gotten this bowl other times and the tuna was a reddish/pink color.
Enjoyable but not amazing.
Got the poached salmon bowl, the salmon was incredibly fishy and not fresh, kinda ruined the rest of the bowl which was actually pretty ok, but for the high price it is just too hard to justify. The guy working the counter was very nice and the atmosphere was small but cute.
