It's been 5 years since I've had fresh catch. The poke was outstanding as usual, but I actually want to highlight the garlic chicken plate. The chicken was crispy, the garlic flavor was perfectly balance, and this subtle oil taste was the chef's kiss. I won't go three more years before I stop by. The only knocks are the limited parking and no option to dine in. But the foot is great and it travels well. Coming from Toronto where food is exceptional in general, the food here is phenomenal! I had the spicy ahi katsu which is so delicious and hearty. They also encouraged us to sample so many different poke so my husband could decide on the poke he wanted. It was tough to choose with all the incredible options The sweet old lady at the front counter truly touched my heart. So hospitable, thoughtful, happy and generous.
