Awful…. And very sad to say as we’ve had wash club membership here for years. For last couple months constantly closed, vacuums off, haven’t been able to wash car in 2 months. Don’t drive past it every day so drive there and it’s closed is a total waste of my time. Have called left message; I want a refund for both vehicles for the past 2 months…. I will be calling our credit card companies to file a fraud complaint as well.
3/15/26 This place has gone downhill only 2 out of 8 vacuums work and that’s at best. Car wash has the slightest breeze to dry your car the retractable arm that drying the car doesn't work or only when it wants to is what I was told. Got my money back without hesitation. This place need to close until they can provide a service worthy of their customers. SMH.
Why are all the vacuum hoses broken or missing?
This place is closed for multiple days after every storm (no matter how heavy or light) or randomly on multiple occasions without any notice on Google or website. Also, no one answers when you call for any concerns or questions. Wasting membership money.
I just paid $15 for a car wash and there was literally zero soap involved. I paid $15 for them to rinse my car apparently. Place is a total rip off.
