They found a bad coil and had no freon and of course under Murphy's Law it was on a weekend with no parts available. Fresh Air mechanical I'm very happy with my new Trane XL15i system. I don't hear my new system running when it is on. The first time I used my Trane system it cooled the house down in minutes. The old system took alot longer to cool the house.
