I ordered two vents early January, I ordered the wrong ones, I’ve requested a return on the 10th and haven’t heard back. I’ve emailed them asking for an update and no response there either. Very disappointed.
Can’t communicate by phone. Unable to order with three cards.
Placed order with CC confirmation on Apr 26, and as of Jul 9th no product. I have sent no fewer than six emails, all without response. Unsure of how to proceed as they post no direct contact information.
