Far from Great! The service technicians need additional training. While I understand they speak English, communication could have been better, and the quality of their finish work definitely needs improvement. They had to return twice because my airhandler and ductwork was not properly reassembled after the initial service. Another major issue was the hidden fees that were never disclosed during the original quote. When I questioned the charges, I was told, "Everyone does it." That simply isn't true. Fresh Air did a great job cleaning our systems and ductwork. Protective plastic was laid out, shoes were removed at the door, and they were prompt, even calling to see if they could show up early. Anthony was informative and represented the company extremely well. Their crew did a great job and were really personable! Highly recommend them!

We recently had our air ducts and vents cleaned by Fresh Air Duct Cleaning, and I’m very impressed with the quality of their work. The technicians were professional, thorough, and took great care in making sure everything was cleaned properly. Henry, especially, was incredibly helpful and detail-oriented. He truly went the extra mile to perfect everything I asked him to do, including replacing the fiberglass insulation. From start to finish, Fresh Air did an amazing job! Cash arrived for the consultation, he was able to work our appointment in earlier which was perfect. He was thorough in his inspection, knowledgeable about the issues we had with our air duct, and recommended the best solution to ensure our air ducts were cleaned effectively. I just got my air ducts cleaned and I'm very pleased with the results. My technician was Hugo and he was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He explained the whole process and took many before and after pictures of the work that he and his assistant had performed, in which calmed my nerves. I had recently had another company out and they scammed me for my money by half doing the job. I can now sleep good tonight knowing that the mold has been eliminated. Thanks Hugo!
