UPDATE: I’ve tried calling over 5 or 6 times asking to speak to the manager to call me back & they refuse to call me back. They keep saying the manager is not in the office when I call and I leave my phone number for the manager to call me back and they STILL haven’t called me back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I recently used a ladder to replace the air filter on the main return and I noticed that two of the other smaller returns that are higher up that they supposedly cleaned were dusty and dirty on the inside. I had Fresh Air Duct Cleaning come by and they finished the job within few minutes. They accommodated my request without any issues. After the visit, the airflow was tested at 2800. I haven’t tried the dryer yet, but everything seems to be working fine.
I originally had concerns stemming from a previous dryer vent service through this company’s sister company, along with some confusion regarding the scope of work and billing on a recent visit. Because of those experiences, I was frustrated and left feeling uncertain about the service I had received. Fresh Air did a great job cleaning our systems and ductwork. Protective plastic was laid out, shoes were removed at the door, and they were prompt, even calling to see if they could show up early. Anthony was informative and represented the company extremely well. Their crew did a great job and were really personable! Highly recommend them!
Loved the service and clear communication from the very start! We live in a house that previously housed a smoker and reached out to have the whole HVAC deep cleaned and get our dryer vents checked.
