FAC installed a Carrier Infinity HVAC system. Jasper was a detailed sales consultant who was very helpful guiding us through the options (not to the most expensive). The installation team did an excellent job solving an obscure technical wrinkle programming the thermostat, tackling the problem as if they were working on their own homes. After-sale follow-up has been diligent to make the sure the system is working optimally.

FAC has been our HVAC contractor for 10 years through the maintenance of an existing Carrier system to the installation and maintenance of a new Carrier system a few years ago. In all cases they have been professional, responsive, highly competent and price competitive. They are well run and every tech is skilled, professional and personable. This was the first time using Fresh Air Concepts and it has been a great experience. Trey was very professional and took care of the regular service and fixed an annoying noise. Signed up for their maintenance contract and happy we did so.
