Excellent service. Arrived early and called to let me know. Helped to make sure the entire system was secure and working properly. Courteous, quick, and thorough.
Jon S. the technician was wonderful. No complaints about him at all! But I'd say that FAC pushed a loyal customer away after this service call. FAC was the installer of my heating and AC system and I called for their service before. This time I felt I was ripped off for replacing a capacitor in the AC unit (almost $800!!!). I don't think I'll call their service again, and use FAC to replace my aging system in the not so far future.
John provided excellent service. He solved the problem and his work was skillful and thorough.
