Jess has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and talk to. Fantastic personality and the conversations are always light hearted and pleasant. She's great to deal with and has always provided us with whatever we needed and done it quickly. Hard to find folks like her around the workplace anymore. Jon S. is very professional and polite. He can also maintain my first two floors’ old Goldman HAVC system. He showed me how to schedule the AC and heater during the day and night at different temperature range for different zones. The infinity user manual doesn’t have clear instructions to me. Jon finished two systems 3 thermometers maintenance in 90 minutes and cleaned up the working areas. We are very satisfied. Thanks Jon and his assistant.
