Extremely satisfied with Jasper and the Fresh Air team. No pressure to buy when I asked for a replacement quote, just thoroughly explained the system and what was needed for replacement. Walked through everything and went out of his way to provide information on additional savings through utility company rebate programs. Highly recommend this company!

FAC installed a Carrier Infinity HVAC system. Jasper was a detailed sales consultant who was very helpful guiding us through the options (not to the most expensive). The installation team did an excellent job solving an obscure technical wrinkle programming the thermostat, tackling the problem as if they were working on their own homes. After-sale follow-up has been diligent to make the sure the system is working optimally.
