I called this guy for service and asks who it is, what do I want and proceeds to hung up on me. DONT BOTHER!! He sounded angry too.
Best ever hvac company worked with
Guy calls me and sounds like the FBI, says he needs to service our system. I ask who is since they didn't say, tell them we have someone, we really like Sunset and he keeps asking question. After telling him we are all set and to remove us from the calling list, he keeps asking questions and says that he can ask questions and will not remove me from the list, then hangs up on me. This was the rudest call I have ever had and want everyone to know, they try to force their way in and can only imagine the scams they would run on... read more
