Though it has been a traveler's haunt since its inception, its fame is spread far and wide for people to travel the long distance just to relish their smoked deliciousness. It was Vinegar and Meat... it was gross! It was like eating sauerkraut with lemons. You have to love vinegar to eat there. I was extremely disappointed
I first ate here when I was a child; some 55 years ago. The savory taste is as good as ever and the Brunswick Stew, superb. Great Southern sweet tea and friendly service make for a delightful meal.
