Fresh AC Tech LLC didn't show up when they said they would, and I had to call multiple times to get an update. Poor customer service.
The technician from Fresh AC Tech LLC seemed unknowledgeable about the issue with my AC. They did a temporary fix, but the problem came back soon after.
Fresh AC Tech LLC charged me for a new part, but it seems like they just replaced an existing one. Not transparent about their work and costs.
