It is the worst company ever. They are always delayed and never place your order, and you have to call them always to place your order again and again, and they never place your order. and always we receive our order late and not right order. and we have to go to the hospital to get our boxes for my Grandma.So I never , ever recommend this company , they are the worst.
Have been dialysing for 8 years, this company has gone downhill in the last 5 years.comstsntly short of stock, don't have treatment packs so have to pack our own, contract is due next year, maybe Liverpool hospital needs to go like RPA and switch to Baxter,fresenius only care about money.
