My Aunt was in their care for one week. In that time she started to circle the drain. The nurses knew she needed to be transferred from their ICU to an acute ICU but the doctor refused the transfer simply stating "I think I can help her". When she was finally transferred one of the (very unprofessional) nurses told me she was in renal failure.
