The staff treats you as an human being not as a statistic
There's free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the nourishment area in the emergency room area. There's also ice, water and a microwave in there.
Day surg waiting room
Day surgery waiting room sucks. Coffee shop runs out of sandwiches while the cafeteria closes @ 1:30pm. We found absolutely no one from customer serv in the waiting area ... Just a phone that rang.

Where are the free cookies they're talking about? I work here and have NO idea?!?!
Why pay??? Free (good) coffee in the ICU waiting room!
