As of 7/20/25 they will, only let you check in 15 minutes before your appointment time and if you are more than15 minutes late you will go to the end of the line,according to the sign on the door…Very nice people , quick unloading….

Took me in 2 hrs before appointment
2 1/2 hours early for my delivery appointment. Right into a dock and immediately being unloaded.
I’ve been coming to this place 3 or more times for four years. I’m typically in and out of this place in just couple hours. This is the first time I’ve been sitting in a dock for over 5 hours just to get unloaded. I don’t have this issue with any other Fresenius and if I do they at least communicate that it will be that long.
