15-20 min to load at their facility in Ogden , UT—— 6-7 hrs to unload that here . It’s insane!!! 5 trucks only since I’m here … not like they get 50 a day . With companies like this you never have hours to get anywhere. Poor organization
Waste of time place.they don’t have people to get unloaded trucks. You gonna wait here 7 to 8 hours to get unloaded.bullshit….
They don’t open till 2pm BS appointment only but still don’t care about appointment time and your time you gonna wait 8 to 10 hours to get unloaded they have many people working in facility, but they say they have only one guy who is unloading all the trucks it’s BS big BS BAD SMELLY, PLEASE NO RESTROOM
They only have two people that work forklifts as far as I can tell so its pretty slow. Get ready to wait in line just because it’s your appointment time that doesn’t matter they do first come first serve
Piece of crap receiver , came here at 8am for 2:30 appointment. Checked in at 12:30 pm because receiving open at 12:30 . They start unloading around 3pm and its 4pm now ,still waiting to be unloaded . If you have next pick up ,it will be impossible to make it because they will hold you here for no reason .2 star because they have parking onsite for trucks if you come early and overnight parking outside of their warehouse . Good luck coming here
