I am completely happy with my treatments here. The staff is friendly and caring which is great when you are stuck in one place for hours!
My father has dialyzed here for the last 4 years. They are wonderful and will address all concerns if need be promptly. I also speak with the knowledge of how crazy a chronic dialysis center can get since I have been a technician myself for over 20 years. My father has several health issues and an amputee. He has soiled himself on more then one occasion and the nurse showered him and put him in scrubs instead of calling me to come bring him home to clean him up. Patients are just dumped in the waiting area when done and information such as blood pressure and how much fluid has been removed is not shared with care givers. We had an incident where my husband collapsed afterward, and when I called, it was explained away as normal. I took him to the doctor the next day, and his hemoglobin was extremely low. This seems like a factory instead of a medical facility.
