Friendly staff
This place is HORRIBLE. Most unprofessional set of staff members I've ever encountered in health care. As a licensed healthcare professional, I understand the the stress involved in dealing with patients that require attention, love, and care. This place does not. They forget that often they are dealing with elderly, fragile people who are obviously not in the best shape seeing that they are visiting for dialysis. No way to avoid employees that come to work with colds and don't use their masks to cover a sneeze then blow their nose and not wash their hands. They put fresh gloves but with dirty hands. That is the only person I was exposed to and thee days later I had their cold and several other patients, ones this employee worked on had colds also! I have also seen employees drop supplies on the floor and just pick them up and put then back on the supply table.
