The nurses will put you on a machine and then go to the break room, get on their phones, and not come back for a long time. Everything gets blamed on the machines and movements, yet the same problems do not occur when at the hospital or other places for dialysis. They blew out 2 mature fistulas, and blamed it on the fistulas. They take out more fluid than they should EVERY TIME and then have to put it back. This causes the patient to suffer cramps! They're very rude disrespectful walk off while you're talking to them they asked the poor man how he felt ,he said not good.. then they told him not to be ugly, because they asked him how he felt he said not good they pick and choose who they take first even if you have been there 15 mins early
