Staff is mostly friendly but waiting area & treatment area can be very cold
The nurses and technicians take wonderful care of the patients that go here for dialysis. They work extremely hard and are very professional. They also fun to talk to and truly care for their patients.
These nurses and techs keep me alive.
Vomit is still outside the door which has been there sinc at least Jan. Feb 2016. Some staff are just rude to the patients . Blood all over the floor for a day or 2 before cleaning it up. Patients feel threatend by the way the are talked to.. It is sad listening to the people that have to go here for a treatment.
