Very UNPLEASANT, INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. The staff has the nastiest attitude towards the patients and their families. They verbally abuse the patients and fail to do their jobs properly. Lack of communication between ALL departments. Lack of Covid-19 protective measures! They tried to give a pt. blood thinner to make the job more convenient so they did not have to watch the patients carefully without contacting the primary care physician to get approval (that could have killed the patient).
