The nurses and helpers are all very courteous and friendly. They help out as much as they can.
I’m writing another review as this issue has yet to be resolved. They moved my elderly grandfather (who can barely walk) dialysis time to over four hours later. No asking, no warning, nothing. They gave his spot to a new patient who has zero issues walking, and is much younger than him. WHY should a new patient be able to take my grandfathers established time who is a VIETNAM VET!!!! He does not have anyone to take him at this MUCH later time. They switched his time for about a week back to his normal time and now he’s back ... read more
Horrible place and management. They changed my grandpas dialysis time to where he has no one to take him and gave his spot to a new patient. He is a Vietnam vet and was a patient with an established dialysis time and schedule for months and they moved him hours later without asking or anything. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE and we will be taking this to higher ups.
