A mistake was made by a 29 lb weight difference and a patient was not given the care needed yesterday. They only took 1/3 of the fluid off of her that they should have now she is in the emergency room awaiting dialysis to take off the rest of the fluid that fresenius should have taken off yesterday. This was a preventable mistake!!
The staff is super to my Mom!! Great facility for your kidney care. Friendly staff cheers her up and helps her smile... even when she doesn't feel well. Thank You
