This is great clinic. We have used it for both in clinic and home hemo treatments. The staff is great. The care my husband has received has been excellent. Our first week there another patient said to me, " This clinic is the gold standard." I agree. We've used 9 different clinics. This is the best.
First I want to be clear the nurses and staff are absolutely amazing. However the supervisor Sheri that does scheduling lacks compassion. My father was recently diagnosed with cancer which requires radiation in West Branch Mi for 28 consecutive days. Out of the blue he was informed that his dialysis time at the clinic is now an hour later in the morning. The supervisor made this decision without checking with him.
