Tired of one pt being able to play his music as loud as he wants. Without using head phones.i have my volume up all the way and his music is so loud it bleeds over my headphones. I was told by a staff once that he has a right to listen to his music. My response was yes he does with his headphones on and I have the right not to listen to it.
My father came here for dialysis before he passed away. I cannot say enough good things about the people who work here. They are kind, compassionate and caring. They always went above and beyond for my father and our family. They were always available to answer our questions, always prompt, and considerate of my father’s needs.
