I've been on dialysis for about 3 months now and this is the only facility I've been to. The nurses are very friendly and seem to genuinely care about you. The chairs (total of 12) are heated and each one has a TV above it. They even have little pillows you can use. On my first visit they gave me headphones and a blanket for free.
