My granddaughters been at this clinic for over a year now and some of the staff are good. The problem is that one nurse that has no business working with people at all. Nurse Deb is the most uncaring nurse when it comes to it. She's called my granddaughter stupid among other things. It's not just my granddaughter that has problems with Deb. She's seen other patients cuss this nurse and tell her that they don't want her. My question is why doesn't the manager step in. I am a new patient to dialysis, within the first 3-4 months of the process. I was scared to death of how everything. The wonderful staff, nurses, techs, everyone took their time to explain everything about the process! I can honestly say the worst part is when they insert the needles in my arm, I have a graph. Been here for a year. The staff is amazing! They feel like family! Always feel safe and comfortable, they do the job efficiently. Aaron, Kim, Ann they are the best head charges in the world. 10 out of 10!
My mother-in-law just started dialysis here yesterday. Every single one of the folks we encountered here was AMAZING. Helpful and compassionate and informative. Tiffany, in the office, was my angel yesterday when she saw how discouraged I was feeling about everything. God bless these lovely people.
