My husband came to this location as a transitional patient while traveling on 9/24/2024 and as we have coordinated dialysis treatment across many of the Fresenius care centers, this was by far, the absolute worst experience ever. Patient comfort was not addressed in so much as the lack of administering pain-relieving anesthetic for needle stick. I first got to this clinic in July of 2021. Prior to arrival I was at the victory location, which was an utter disaster. After nearly dying from pd dialysis from physique complications, that no one took my complaints seriously at first, I ended up at this location. When I first started this was this best clinic on the planet. Under Paisley's leadership this clinic had it going on, their bedside manner was great and you felt valuable as a patient. Professional courteous staff
Good new nice clean clinic, but the staff of very unprofessional Latoya and Yasmine(pct and a nurse) talk on the their on the treatment floor Latoya also talks on the phone while canulating patients doesn’t wear her PPE while canulating or taking a patient down Latoya also brings her child to work and did her hair at the nurses station while patient were receiving treatment, good clinic but the staff is very unprofessional.
New facility. Extremely well staffed by knowledgeable, caring Healthcare people.
