We have been so happy with the care my husband receives. Terry, Andrea, Kristi, and the new nutritionist are a great team. We do home hemodialysis taught by Terry. The team does everything to make sure we understand everything, and always helpful. Great experience
Staff is great. Caring and passionate about their patients. However it is absolutely freezing in the building. We sit and freeze every time we have treatment. It’s absolutely ridiculous the staff cannot change the temperature. How about cooperate come and sit in the chair and freeze. Something has to change. We shouldn’t have to freeze every dang time. Even with blankets and coats we still freeze 🥶
