Staff are rude and uncaring! My mom hurts terribly bad and is ready to give up when she has dyalisis in Salem. However when she goes into the hospital , she doesn’t complain. My sisters and I took her to Tennessee and she did great. Why would that be that she only hurts only when she’s in Salem? The lack of compassion that the majority of the nurses have is just simply sad!
