The staff is very nice and professional.
I gave 3 stars because not all the staff are awful here but Mrs Carmen, I do not care for she is unprofessional and besides her being rude to the people who go here she tries to get you to sign a letter if you're 10 to 20 minutes late. well if that's how it is, if people are not put on at their scheduled time or taken off they should be consequences for them too if they don't understand issues do come up with transportation and traffic. Be more considerable and professional people.
