My husband and I dialysis here. I feel only a couple of people who work here even say Good morning or treat us like human beings. I’ve never been asked by most how’s my weekend or how’s work or anything else. All people see here is a patient. I think they care. Most do not even say have a good weekend like most clinics. Please understand, been on dialysis a while.
Poorly run!!!! Needs to have a nurse in charge that is competent, knows how to follow through and manage facility properly.
