They turned my mother away from dialysis for not wearing a mask, they stated that all who come in need a mask to be taken care of, but they didn't tell or force the mask on the gentleman before us, they don't listen to the doctors orders, they will take more water weight off than they are supposed to, and still my mother has gone back to the hospital 12 times in the 8 months for improper dialysis treatments.
I just over heard a lady get turned away because she didn't want to wear a mask for safety on not going into a panic attack and get emitted to the ER, they sa8d to her that all must wear a mask, but im sitting here doing dialysis w8th no mask, did they just put a life at risk for a mask?
If you go here for dialysis you must bring depends because the techs don't allow you to get up and go the restroom, if you don't want to go in your pants I don't blame you, so why not let us go to the bathroom, poor lady that got scolded for asking had to go in her pants while the techs joked about her having more depends.
They force you to go through your dialysis without ever getting up to go to the bathroom, I overheard a lady that needed to go to the bathroom and they laughed and sa8d no you will wait. If someone forced you to hold in your urine or fecal for too long health can end up failing faster if you weren't on dialysis.
I over hear a lady needed to go to the bathroom but th3 techs said that she wasn't allowed, they than stst3d that they hope she had depends to change out of before her r8de got there so they weren't blamed
