No one there should be in the Healthcare field. To them people are like cattle, dollar signs. My partner started going to the forestgrove location and I go with her before going to work. It's heartbreaking seeing how these people are treated, no dignity. When one of the staff messes up they send someone home with an ice pack and act like it's the patients fault. Was afraid to write this review for fear of retaliation This whole situation was heartbreaking for us and our family. Very young staff who has terrible bedside manner and have zero empathy for anyone's situation. Sadly the staff we were assigned to had little to no compassion and we received NO support. Front desk lady was awful. Always too busy to take time out to focus on one task. Not enough staff to accommodate patients and appointments are constantly being pushed out. Gave my wife an infection when changing her bandage on pd Port . Charge nurse tried bulling her and threatened her she wouldn’t get Peritoneal dialysis and would have to do hemodialysis. My wife is hospitalized for the infection we fired Raines Dialysis and her Nephrologist, and OHSU NephrologistTeam took over her care
