BAAD...smh. They really do just drop their wheelchair patients off anywhere. How hard is it to use some tact and atleast wheel them completely out doorway and face them towards a tv. I noticed some others mentioned this, its a super easy fix they could improve on. Aso Whenever you ask the staff any questions they dont seem to know anything. They also will not call the rideshare services for their clients upon conclusion of their treatment, although according to staff caseworkers, they are.
Disgusting unprofessional behavior from the staff. Doing a job out here, I was rudely cussed out at a patient to move away from the scale to which the staff also nastily told me to move out of the way not even listening to my side of the story.
Tried calling them and no answer. Called again and was on hold for a while before answering service picked up the phone. I could barely understand her because her English was so hard to understand. We got disconnected and I didn’t bother calling back. If you’re going to open a new business you could at least make sure your Staff is competent enough to handle running the business for you. Your Staff will either make or break your Business.
Friendly nurses, but horrible customer service from certain staff members... the facility needs more accommodating sitting for larger or plus size patients... got stuck on wheelchair and chair... as for customer service: After dialysis, I was left in lobby without asked where preferred to be placed... felt helpless in middle of lobby... and this was the initial visit... I was left to sit in an uncomfortable wheelchair that was so tight on me and digging into my skin. Just waiting to see if I can get transfer soon at a differ... read more
