I came from NYC to visit my niece for Xmas. This was the first time going to a different center from my normal one. I was interested in seeing if things were done differently. First, my dialysis tech a woman (I'm sorry her name escapes me, I do apologize for that) was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. And she had perfect aim inserting the two needles. The staff is wonderful and caring, sound all they can to support families. They have been especially helpful to me as I undergo chemo treatment as my husband is undergoing dialysis treatment. Greatful for the treatment facility... been there for almost two years.
Very bad first time experience. My heart goes out to the members at this facility. There is no code of ethics at this facility. The staff is very poor and there is only one very good tec there to comfort the members there.(Ms.Shawn) Please visit before placing love one there.
