My Aunt has been going to this location for her dialysis for the last 6 months or so. I really had no idea what to expect as this is all new to us. I highly recommend Fresenius! Everyone has been fantastic. Megan has helped us cope with every facet of my Aunt's care. She has been amazing. From Dr Hayes to Edie at the front desk and on to Megan along with her team of nurses- all of the staff have exceeded ask my expectations. I just can't say enough good things about our experience.
How do consistently forget you have patients showing up for appointments? Like this is complete insanity. Sounds like someone new needs to take over this location.
In 2020 I had to have dialysis for about 6 weeks. It was a little scary going for the first time. They were very friendly and answered any and all questions. They did a wonderful job working around my work schedule. They were very professional, but also very kind. I appreciated the nutrition component and learner more about what I could or shouldn't eat while on dialysis. I see they are in a new facility and would very much like to stop and say hello.
I have been a patient here since New Year's Eve 2022 - since transferring from the Gainesville West Fresenius facility. Staff at both locations are superb! Extremely competent and very friendly and courteous. Having to endure 4 hours sessions 3 times a week, they make the sessions bareable!
