I have found the Nurses, Technicians and my Nephrologist to be just wonderful at this new clinic. I do dialysis for 7.5 hours every other night and value this center working with nocturnal patients.
No stars if I could. From what I’ve seen and heard, this dialysis center does not treat patients like human beings. There is no compassion, no urgency, and no real concern for anyone’s well-being. When something serious happens , even when someone passes away , the reaction feels cold and routine, like it’s just another number on a list. It’s disturbing and unacceptable.
