No stars if I could. From what I’ve seen and heard, this dialysis center does not treat patients like human beings. There is no compassion, no urgency, and no real concern for anyone’s well-being. When something serious happens , even when someone passes away , the reaction feels cold and routine, like it’s just another number on a list. It’s disturbing and unacceptable. I st session went well very nice staff
I am a Taxi driver. I was helping my client into their building when he lost his balance. I guided him to the ground. All he needed was another person to help me help him back up and put him in his wheelchair. Staff took their sweet time coming to his aid. I had to ask multiple times for assistance, checking on the man in between pleads for help. People off the street offered to help but not one nurse or employee offered assistance.
