I do non emergency medical transport, I constantly pick patients from this location. 70% of the time they are late getting off dialysis. Which in turn makes us late for our pick ups for the rest of the day. I know some times things happen during dialysis treatment. But more often that not they are late. Whenever I see a pickup from here on my list I cringe. This place needs to be more time sensitive
This place needs to be shut down. The most incompetent staff and an even WORSE MANAGER. This place is so unorganized and awful. The staff is rude and none of them care about their patients. They change our schedules Willy nilly WITHOUT ASKING as if these patients have no lives. Then when we ask for a simple change they act like we asked for the damn world. The entry doors are completely unsafe. I almost dislocated my shoulders again trying to leave. YOU NEED DOORS THAT OPEN REGULARLY
