Horrible management this place has been taking advantage of my family. They will do anything to keep people in their chairs. They have been giving my family the runaround, and my uncle has been trying to move to a different location while they take his insurance's money and trying to prevent him from moving. They have been playing games
Its a racket. Some of the medicare billing reports we get state the pt has gotten "critical clinic visits from dr" weekly for thousands. Sometimes this consists of "are you doing ok". Pt in dialysis has creatinine of 8 - whole point of being in dialysis. K+ was 6.2. dangerously high. High turnover of RNs r/t disorganization. They try to sign pts up to get all their flu shots etc there at the center and charge extra for that. They send rude social workers around to see pts and charge for that. They have always taken my phone call when I have a communication problem with my father! The nurses really do their best to care for the patients. This is not an easy level of care! Thank you 🙏 Dad seems to be happy with the level of care to date. Jeff Kumler
