Nurse Raymond is one of the most desensitized nurses I have ever met. His attitude angered my mother to the point of her wanting to leave,plus they were running 40 minutes late. Now, I am on my way to the hospital because of her oxgen. My family does not want nurse Raymond anywhere near my mother. Will be filling out a complaint with Medicare.
