They have refused to respect me at all
The owners, or higher ups, force their employees to work with patients, illegally understaffed. They will only have 2 technicians working the entire day with over a dozen patients, making them open to close which is 15+ hour shifts! These patients need proper care so they can continue to LIVE, and the employees deserve a whole lot better treatment and labor laws are being consistently broken. One of the nurses refused my son treatment due to staffing shortages. She decided after dialysis for over 20 years..he "should " be OK without it m.he died 2 dayslater.
I personally don't have experience with this place but my dad goes here every 3 days a week so its gets pretty and from what he tells me they act professional at what they do
Fresenius is not SENDING MY VERY SICK HUSBAND HIS LIFE SUSTAINING MEDICATION ON TIME. I HAVE CONTACTED THE DOCTOR, MULTIPLE REGISTERED NURSES, SOCIAL WORKERS ETC. ON AND ON. NOTHING CHANGES, STILL MEDICATION LATE FOR 6 MONTHS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I AM CONCERNED AND AFRAID OF WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO HIM BECAUSE OF MEDICAL NEGLECT. I HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS. CONTACTING ATTORNEYS. I HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE. FRESENIUS WILL NOT HELP.
