My husband started at the Mt Prospect facility and is now at the Palatine one. He had a transplant appt on his Tuesday dialysis day so we had to take him the Mt Prospect for a replacement. They made him sign all new paperwork which is unnecessary and frustrating so he was there alot longer which made me miss my appt at 3:30. Hopefully I wont get charged for a last minute cancellation! Its the same company with the same computer system!
Staff here is very caring and attentive. My dad has been coming here for years
The kidney care is above all excellent!!! From the Doctors and all the staff that fallow,the PCP staff work so well together it is such a delight to be under their care.
