Patient for 1 1/2 years always treated great from everyone
Some staff very unprofessional, often overheard using foul, inappropriate language in front of patients and audible to those waiting in lobby. Providing a necessary and already unpleasant service to many elderly patients, this issue should be addressed to make the experience more bearable to those forced to visit this location.
